- Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect and reported at the time of delivery.
- Once the delivery is completed and accepted, no return or refund will be applicable.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within a reasonable time using the original payment method or as store credit.
- •Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the wrong or defective product was delivered.
