1. Delivery Coverage & Time
 
We deliver products all over Bangladesh.
•Maximum delivery time: Up to 3 (three) working days from the date of order confirmation.
•Delivery time may vary slightly due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.
 
2. Delivery Charges
 
Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location:
•Inside Dhaka City: BDT 70
•Outside Dhaka City: BDT 130
Delivery charges will be added to the total order amount and must be paid at the time of order confirmation or delivery.
 
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
 
•Cash on Delivery is available but subject to review of the customer’s previous purchase and delivery behavior.
•We reserve the right to limit or refuse COD service for customers with a history of order cancellations or failed deliveries.
 
4. Product Checking Policy
 
•Customers are required to check the product in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
•Any issues related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported immediately before the delivery personnel leaves.
•Complaints raised after the delivery has been completed may not be accepted.
 
5. Failed or Delayed Delivery
 
•If a customer is unavailable at the delivery address or refuses to receive the order without valid reason, the order may be cancelled and future COD services may be restricted.
•In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.
 
6. Changes to Delivery Policy
 
We reserve the right to modify or update these delivery terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on the website.
